1 brioche burger bun, smaller size, toasted
2 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread
1 (4 ounce filet) cod, tempura battered
1/4 cup romaine lettuce, finely shredded
1 Tbsp green tomato relish
Fry a cod filet (approximately 2-3 minutes).
While the cod filet is frying, evenly spread 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the inside of the crown and 1 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread on the heel of a toasted brioche burger bun.
Place 1/4 cup shredded romaine lettuce on the cheese spread heel.
Top with the fried cod filet, then top the cod filet with 1 Tbsp green tomato relish.
Place the cheese spread crown on top of the relish.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
