1 each 7″ pizza shell (flatbread style), baked/crispy
3 Tbsp. Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread
¼ cup mushrooms, baby bella, sliced, sautéed/fully cooked
6 pan roasted cherry tomatoes (see recipe below)
¼ cup chicken, breast, grilled & sliced thin
1 cup arugula, fresh
1 tsp. oil, olive, extra virgin

as needed, oil, olive, extra virgin
6 tomatoes, cherry, red, small, whole
Heat a touch of olive oil in a large non-stick pan (or use a griddle) over medium-high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and quickly pan roast until blistered & soft. Reserve for service.
Spread 3 Tbsp. Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread over the entire surface of a warmed 7″ baked/crispy pizza shell (flatbread style).
Evenly top with ¼ cup sautéed baby bella mushrooms, then 6 each of the reserved pan roasted cherry tomatoes (squishing each tomato as you place it on the pizza), then ¼ cup sliced grilled chicken breast.
As a final touch, top the center of the pizza with 1 cup fresh arugula, then drizzle the arugula and pizza with 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
