Augusta Omelet
Step aside, Denver Omelet! The Augusta Omelet is the new champion of flavorful dining any time of day.
Ingredients
As needed, pan spray
3 eggs, fresh, large, whisked
1 Tbsp onion, yellow, small dice
1 Tbsp bell pepper, green, small dice
2 Tbsp ham, country style, small chop, fully cooked
2 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp green tomato relish
Directions

Lightly spray a non-stick omelet pan with pan spray and heat over medium-high heat.

Add 1 Tbsp onions, 1 Tbsp peppers, and 2 Tbsp cooked ham, then sauté approximately 30 seconds, just to lightly cook the vegetables.

Add eggs to the pan and rapidly stir with a rubber spatula to form a smooth and fully cooked omelet, with no browning of the egg.

Quickly and evenly top the omelet with 2 Tbsp Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread, then fold the omelet in half in the pan and slide on to a warmed plate.

Top the omelet with 1 Tbsp green tomato relish.
