4 6-inch pocketless pitas

12 oz. Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread

1/2 cup sliced black olives, diced green peppers and/or sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Lay the pitas on a work surface.

  3. Spread each with approximately 1/2 cup Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread.

  4. Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp. of desired topping and 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese.

  5. Bake pizzettes for 10–12 minutes and let cool slightly before cutting each into 6 wedges.
