Pizza Fresca

Downtown look, hometown taste. Our Pizza Fresca is a snap to make and a treat to serve, packed with the zesty taste of Price*s Pimiento Cheese Spread for a serious flavor boost.


  • 1 each 7" pizza shell (flatbread style), baked/crispy
  • 3 Tbsp. Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread
  • ¼ cup mushrooms, baby bella, sliced, sautéed/fully cooked
  • 6 pan roasted cherry tomatoes (see recipe below)
  • ¼ cup chicken, breast, grilled & sliced thin
  • 1 cup arugula, fresh
  • 1 tsp. oil, olive, extra virgin
  • Pan Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
  • as needed, oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 6 tomatoes, cherry, red, small, whole
  • Heat a touch of olive oil in a large non-stick pan (or use a griddle) over medium-high heat. Add the cherry tomatoes and quickly pan roast until blistered & soft. Reserve for service.


  1. Spread 3 Tbsp. Price*s Original Pimiento Cheese Spread over the entire surface of a warmed 7" baked/crispy pizza shell (flatbread style).
  2. Evenly top with ¼ cup sautéed baby bella mushrooms, then 6 each of the reserved pan roasted cherry tomatoes (squishing each tomato as you place it on the pizza), then ¼ cup sliced grilled chicken breast.
  3. As a final touch, top the center of the pizza with 1 cup fresh arugula, then drizzle the arugula and pizza with 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
